The Restful Sleep Place offers a streamlined, physician-supervised diagnostic sleep study pathway for adult patients referred specifically for evaluation of obstructive sleep apnea.

This allows your patient to obtain timely testing without requiring an initial comprehensive consultation.

Sleep Study Request Form

  • Board-Certified Sleep Physician Interpretation

  • Structured Diagnostic Report 

  • Severity Classification (AHI, Oxygen Nadir, Supine/REM data) 

  • Written Recommendations 

  • Report sent directly to referring provider

What’s Included

  • Adults (18+)

  • Snoring

  • Daytime fatigue

  • Hypertension

  • Atrial fibrillation

  • Obesity

  • Suspected OSA prior to dental/oral appliance intervention

Ideal Patients

  • Pediatric patients

  • Known central sleep apnea

  • Chronic opioid use

  • Neuromuscular disease

  • Unstable cardiopulmonary disease

  • Complex parasomnias

These patients require a full consultation before sleep study.

Not Appropriate For Direct Testing

  • Device shipped within 5 to 7 business days

  • Interpretation completed within 3–5 business days after study

Turnaround Time

If OSA is identified, patients may:

  • Return to you for management

  • Elect treatment planning visit with Dr. Brown involving a comprehensive sleep consultation

  • Pursue oral appliance therapy (if dental referral)

We are happy to co-manage as desired.
