Who Is an Ideal Candidate for Direct Home Sleep Testing

We welcome referrals for adults experiencing symptoms or clinical markers such as:

  • Persistent snoring

  • Daytime fatigue or unrefreshing sleep

  • Hypertension or cardiovascular comorbidity

  • Obesity-related sleep breathing concerns

  • Suspicion of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)

For certain complex cases — including central sleep apnea, pediatric patients, or neurologic comorbidities — a comprehensive consultation may be recommended before direct testing.

Our Diagnostic Sleep Study Services

We provide a home sleep apnea test pathway with:

  • Complete physician interpretation

  • Severity classification (AHI, oxygen nadir, positional/REM data)

  • Detailed report delivered directly to the referring clinician

  • Actionable recommendations for next steps

This pathway supports efficient evaluation without requiring an initial detailed consult for appropriate candidates.

How to Refer a Patient

To submit a referral:

  1. Complete the Sleep Study Request Form

  2. Include a clinical indication and brief medical summary

  3. Fax or securely email the referral order

  4. Once scheduled, we perform the test and return results to your office

We are happy to co-manage patients based on your care protocols and support ongoing follow-up.
