-
Concierge-level care means you get DIRECT ACCESS to me or my assistant. Families who need us can send direct text messages with a response within 24 hours.
-
This allows me to practice medicine that aligns with my values. I only see a limited number of patients and I can take as long as I need to support your sleep journey, including care coordination with your physician and other team members. I currently see patients via telehealth but also offer in-person visits in the PA.
-
Our 6-session insomnia treatment program, spanning 6-8 weeks, offers a comprehensive sleep assessment, personalized sleep strategy development, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia techniques, relaxation and stress management skills, sleep hygiene education and medication management. Progress tracking and adjustments will be provided with supportive materials and coaching. You have direct access to our team via text and email and free access to our sleep tracking platform for monitoring progress and personalized sleep schedule.
-
Our new patient consultation fee is $450, and follow-up is $275.
Your investment in The Restful Sleep Journey™, your 12-month Path to Deep, Restorative Sleep, is $3500. This is our most sort after package. -
Unfortunately, due to the highly personalized nature of our programs, we are out of network with most insurances. This allows us to care for you without the interference of any third party. We will absolutely provide a superbill for your initial consultation for reimbursement based on your out of network benefits. Good news is, you can use your HSA/FSA savings towards our programs. Your insurance will cover your diagnostic testing including sleep studies, blood work and medications.
-
We see children and adults from infancy to adulthood. Dr Brown is one of the few specialists in the world with unique expertise in pediatric sleep medicine.
-
Your initial visit is a comprehensive sleep evaluation. This includes a sleep-focused consultation, diagnosis, and review of a treatment plan. We will review you/your child’s sleep habits, nutritional, metabolic, genetic, and environmental factors, as well as all records and prior procedures, an integrative medicine-focused physical exam, and specialized testing. The goal of these visits is to provide personalized treatment plan, including pharmacological and nonpharmacologic interventions, nutritional guidance, and correction of underlying root causes and imbalances. You can schedule your initial visit now or call our office 215-607-8297. Both in-person office and telemedicine visits are available.
-
Yes, we prescribe sleep medications. However, our goal at The Restful Sleep Place is to offer you holistic sleep solutions to decrease your reliance on sleep medications. We use supplements as needed also which are offered at a discounted rate when you are a TRSP concierge member.
-
While sleep supplements are not always needed, as a TRSP member, we offer discounts on the purchase of vitamins and sleep supplements. The supplement prescriptions are highly individualized. We carefully choose suppliers to deliver the most potent, pure, and safely manufactured ingredients at considerable savings vs. the off-the-shelf store brands
-
We see patients four days a week, seeing clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California. We offer in-person and telemedicine visits, and as a TRSP concierge member, we aim to see you by the next business day.
-
We believe care coordination is paramount to sleep and wellness and we welcome collaborating with other professionals working with you to provide the best care possible for your child and your family. Preparing For Your Visit
Dr. Brown designed a series of handouts and questionnaires for clients so they could prepare their children for the initial visit.
Note: providers who see children with sleep issues can also use these handouts, and are not limited to clients. So, if you are a pediatrician, family medicine physician, pediatric nurse practitioner, social worker or therapist, use the link above.
